Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that Cottonwood will be shutting its doors for good on August 30th, 2024. This has been one of the toughest decisions we have ever made, as we established with the purpose of serving the families of our community with comprehensive an affordable therapy and medication services. We want to ensure a smooth transition for everyone affected by this closure, so here is a list of several excellent insurance-based practices in the area that are standing by to receive our referrals.

Collaborative Psychology Group: https://www.collaborativepsychgroup.com —This practice takes all major insurance plans and they offer medication management services, and they also accept some forms of Medi-Cal.

Insightful Matters: https://www.insightfulmatters.com — This practice offers therapy services, and they accept Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, United, and Aetna insurance.

Shanti OC: https://www.shantioc.org — This is a nonprofit that provides comprehensive community-based care. They also accept Medi-Cal.

If you are receiving medication services through Cottonwood, your provider will talk to you about emergency support and prescription management going forward. Additionally, the nationwide crisis line is 988 and you can reach a counselor 24/7 if needed.
