It is all valid: the feelings you experience and the thoughts that keep you up at night. I’ve struggled and seen my loved ones fight their battles silently. I am tired of seeing people go through challenging situations and feel like they don’t have an exit. I want to be the person you allow yourself to open up to. And hey, it may not be an easy task, but it is not impossible. It is a process and a journey I am willing to hold your hand through.

It is time we make a change to heal our wounds and past traumas and understand that the root is not what illness we have been diagnosed with but rather, what caused it and how we can evolve from it.

I invite you to heal and love every part of yourself and learn how to combat the rough days.

My name is Melissa Villalba, and I am an AMFT#137926 supervised by Kambria Rombough, LCSW#99479. I chose this line of profession for my love and compassion for those who need to be heard and shown importance, too. I have experience working with sexual assault survivors, individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and current life stressors and changes. I like to incorporate a somatic approach to my work and sessions, as engaging the mind, body, and soul is vital to our healing.

Remember, you don’t have to do life alone. No one does or should.

I’ll be honored to walk with you.
