Hi, my name is Karen Anne Imperio. I'm an Administrative Assistant here at Cottonwood Psychology Center.

I schedule clients, match them to the appropriate therapist, charge copays, and return calls and emails.

Before going in with Cottonwood, I have been with the BPO industry for 12 years handling e-commerce accounts and US insurance. I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines.

I love helping other people reach their goals, have a stable mind, and get a happy heart. Serving other people is one of my love languages. Passionate and Patient are the two adjectives that best describe me. My motto in life is to be happy and always look at the brighter side. I believe that having Good Mental Health is the initial step in achieving our dreams.

In my free time, I love watching a variety of TV series. I also love chilling in coffee shops with my husband.
