I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 48781) in California with over 15 years of experience providing direct therapy and clinical supervision.

Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, teens/adolescents, life transitions, marital conflict, postpartum mood disorders, fertility challenges including infertility, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma.

After my lived experience with repeat pregnancy loss, fertility treatments, and birth trauma, I became passionate about maternal mental health. This led me to obtaining my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). In addition, I am certified in several evidence based practices including Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and Seeking Safety (SS).

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara.

As a native Californian, I was inspired to study at colleges in Southern California coastal communities. I continue to cherish living close to the coast and spending time on the sands of SoCal beaches with my dog and family.
