Welcome! My name is Jamisyn Atlas, and I am dedicated to supporting a diverse range of individuals (like you!) and families in overcoming life challenges, achieving goals, and experiencing deep healing.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Chapman University and currently serve the community as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT133842) under the supervision of Dr. Megan Phillips (PSY28184). My therapeutic style utilizes emotion-focused therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support personal growth in a safe space.

I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in multiple settings with various specializations, including eating disorders, depression and anxiety, trauma, identity struggles, interpersonal violence, life transitions, self-worth, relational distress, and more. I became passionate about providing accessible therapy services after experiencing tremendous healing of my own in overcoming mental health struggles and undergoing eating disorder recovery. My personal and professional experience allows me to meet you where you are in your journey with understanding, warmth, and compassion.

Let’s collaborate to create the life you want and are so very deserving of. I look forward to connecting with you!
