Eva is a pre-licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#129927) under the supervision of Dr. Megan Phillips (PSY28184). She is a child and adolescent therapist that specializes in helping children and teenagers with anxiety, depression, and trauma heal and grow. As a therapist, Eva guides clients to express their emotions and their needs by offering play therapy, art therapy, sand tray work, and other specialized techniques. Eva has also studied and lived abroad for many years in both China and South Korea, and she is fluent in Mandarin and Korean.
Eva can help your children identify negative thought patterns and repetitive behavioral patterns that cause them pain, and she can help them develop positive coping strategies that empower them to grow and thrive. Eva utilizes treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and Motivational Interviewing to help her clients achieve greater happiness and self-esteem and improve their mental state.
